Obama ignore Israel's war advocates attempts to stir up war with Iran

 Sahit Muja

Sahit Muja: Obama ignore Israel's war advocates attempts to stir up war with Iran.

President Obama shares my convictions about the preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. To his credit, President Obama is clearly not rushing to start another war.
President Obama has said the United States will not allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon. The tensions between Iran and Israel continue to escalate.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad told demonstrators in  the state organized protests that "In the new Middle East there will be no trace of the American presence and the Zionists".
The thousands of Iranians shouted "Death to America, death to Israel", Ahmadinejad called Israel a "cancerous tumour" for its occupation of Palestinian land.

Sadly Iran is self-destructing. The radical Iranian government is leading its citizens on a death march. If Iran attack Israel or US oil cargo a mini-Hitler wannabe Ahmadinejad will join Saddam and Bin Laden.
Iranian policies of "Death to America, death to Israel",  will cause the nation of Iran to vanish from the pages of history.

If Iran dared to even attempt "Wipe Israel off the map" use such a thing, they'd get annihilated by the 300+ nukes that Israel already possesses, never mind the combined nukes and regular armaments of Israeli allies.
US has more than 5,000 nuclear warheads.  If Iran go to war the whole country will be occupied, have all their oil taken, and that would be the end of a very ancient civilization.

My theory is as follows: Netanyahu is worried that President Obama might win the election. If he does, Netanyahu knows that Israeli war-mongering is going to come up against much more significant resistance in the White House, since President Obama won't have to worry about electoral retaliation from AIPAC.

Hence Netanyahu is stepping up hostilities now to try to force President Obama's hand, and possibly also shift the election towards Romney. Anyone who is not troubled by such obvious foreign manipulation of an American election needs a head examination.

I resent Israeli efforts to bully the US into war on its behalf. Israel should go to war alone and take advantage of its nuclear arsenal to deny the Iranians the opportunity to exterminate the Jewish state.

In other words, let Israel do its own dirty work and leave the US out of it. How many wars can the US wage at the same time? We are still fully engaged in Afghanistan and still mucking around in Iraq.

Enough already! If Israel wants to engage in an unprovoked attack on a soverign nation, they should do it alone, and face the consequences alone. The war drums that beat in Iran are for the destruction of Israel
Israel can do whatever it wants to do. It does not need permission from U.S or anyone to defend itself from anyone wanting to do harm .

However, there is something just not right about what Netanyahu is trying to pull right now. Netanyahu is blatantly interfering in the American Presidential race.

In my opinion, the American people will be against another war at this time, no matter how sympathetic We are to Israel. More importantly, the U.S. will never allow anyone to destroy Israel.

There is absolutely no way that will be allowed. As a note to you war advocates  "attack Iran now" You are product of foreign manipulation . I am deeply committed to the best interests of The United States first.
Frankly, some of you war- mongering advocates attempts to stir up war should join the IDF and fight for Israel if you are as committed to Israel as you say.

I'm sure Israel love to have you.  Some of you war-mongering  so obviously pretending to be American are spreading your divisive, un American ideals and your extremist ideology.

You pretend to care about America and Americans, but your facade is transparent. Finally, as a  US citizen I am deeply concerned about why our men and women are sent to fight. They better be for good reasons and not just to dance to the tune of Netanyahu a foreign government.

Donald Trump: President Obama to attack Iran before election

 Sahit Muja

Sahit Muja : Donald Trump:  President Obama to attack Iran before election.

Donald Trump on the record with Greta Van Susteren on FOX News  said that  " Barack Obama will go to war with Iran before November for political gains to win the election".

Iranian Regime responded with new threats today "Iran can destroy 35 U.S. military bases and hit Israel within moments of an attack on its soil" the commander of the Revolutionary Guards aerospace division said.

Brig.-Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh told the official Iranian FARS news agency that: "All these bases are within the reach of our missiles. Meantime, the occupied (Palestinian) lands (Israel) are good targets for us as well."

On Tuesday, the Revolutionary Guard Aerospace Force began a massive missile drill, firing dozens of short, mid- and long-range missiles at a single target in central Iran, meant to represent U.S. bases in the area, according to FARS.

Iran has also threatened to block the Straits of Hormuz. This will be the end of Iranian regime

The US will continue to sail into the Gulf at will and if challenged military are President and most power-full military that world has ever known will respond immediately.

A United States carrier goes nowhere without being escorted by a state the art destroyer, cruiser force, radar early warning aircraft, electronic warfare airborne and sea born spoofers and jammers capability and close liaison with in area US Air force assets.

If Iran wants a huge fire in its hand in the Straits of Hormuz, with Israel, Iran army will be totally destroyed.

Let Iran try messing with such a capable US battle force.

The US army technological defense perimeter is beyond anything the Iranians imagines exists. Even a radar evading missile cannot get through.

A shot at a US Carrier by Iran would draw a massive response from the US Navy.

The United States is sole superpower in this planet, no army in the world has a chance, let alone Iranian military junk from China and Russia.

The world cannot be held hostage to the threats of a madman who’s on the brink of arming his country with nuclear weapons .

My personal opinion: President Obama and US government had and has no intention of starting a war with Iran.  If Iran attack !!.
US can stop Iran with total destruction of their communications, their military bases their air force, their sea fleet and drive the Iran into unrest caused by the lack of food, health care, the blocking of their ability to purchase or obtain funds. It would all take place from the air and from the sea via cruise missiles.

My advice to Iran is:  Don't fight with most powerful military force in the world.

The US and EU oil sanctions against Iran to cripple Iranian economy

 Sahit Muja

Sahit Muja: The US and EU oil sanctions against Iran to cripple Iranian economy

Iran dismissed a US and European Union oil embargo and said it was fully prepared to counter the impact of sanctions with a $150 billion war chest of foreign reserves.
Today the European Union is putting in place a complete embargo of oil imports from Iran .

The United States imposed a new round of sanctions that could punish any foreign country that buys Iranian oil. However, it has issued six-month exemptions to 20 importers of Iranian oil who have significantly cut their purchases, including China, which has openly opposed the pressure on Iran.

Iran has stated that its oil exports were down 20 to 30 percent in 2011. Iran's currency has plunged near 50 percent against the dollar since last year.
The New U.S. Sanctions on Iran is having, and will continue to have, a very real and negative effect on the Iranian economy and the well being of Iranians.

Iran's bluster and saber rattling means they fear the new round of economic sanctions will work. Iran's government is more afraid of its young unemployed than America.
Tensions in Iran are growing because of  Syria and the Iranian government knows that they are vulnerable to large scale rioting against the government that might finally take it down.

The US should proceed with sanctions restricting transactions with Iran’s Central Bank.
The US should continue to focus on ensuring the safe passage of sea commerce through the Straits of Hormuz, in compliance with international laws.

The Obama's administration finally figuring out a way to get to the Iranians - through the pocket book.
The US will continue to sail into the Gulf at will and if challenged, will certainly dispatch any forces sent to block our Naval forces from entering the Persian Gulf.

A United States carrier goes nowhere without being escorted by a state the art destroyer, cruiser force, radar early warning aircraft, electronic warfare airborne and sea born spoofers and jammers capability and close liaison with in area US Air force assets.

If Iran wants a huge fire in its hand in the Straits of Hormuz, Iran army will be totally destroyed.

The world cannot be held hostage to the threats of a madman who’s on the brink of arming his country with nuclear weapons capabilities.
Time for the Iranian people to have their own Persian spring and overthrow the Ayatollah's and President Ahmadinejad before the rest of the world have no other option.

No U.S attack on Iran during Obama's Presidency

 Sahit Muja, New York

Sahit Muja: No U.S attack on Iran during Obama's Presidency.
President Obama made it clear that the U.S. was not in favor of going to war against Iran.

President Obama is in for more sanctions. And he agrees to talk more with Iran's leaders yet once again.
I agree with President Obama's calm and measured presentation on Iran.

Most of the American people do not want another war and the President is a nobel peace prize winner.
Obama's 2008 Presidential campaign  was able to attract the support by pointing out that he had come out against the war in Iraq.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "My supreme responsibility as prime minister of Israel is to ensure that Israel remains the master of its fate."
We Americans couldn't agree more. I just wonder why you need to fly halfway around the world to announce this in a foreign country whose leaders and people have never denied it.

How about just "mastering your own fate" and leaving U.S out of it.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants to insure that before Obama is re-elected with the Jewish vote that his strategic card is played and he has a solid American commitment to backup Israel in the event of war
It is time for Iran to choose a different path and to show the world that it wants a peaceful, negotiated solution to the nuclear issue.

Why would Iran even dare to throw a small nuclear device on Israel and ignite a response that will certainly bring Iran to a stone age?  Israel has some 300 nuclear weapons capable of destroying Iran.
I can blame Iranian leadership of many shortcomings, Iran know well the consequences of any foolish action.

What would Iran want most?
Israel to strike first. So please don't.

What would be best for the rest of the world?
A coalition of Western and Arab nations coming together to force Iran to give up nukes one way or another and this can only happen if Israel refrains from striking first.
I still remember the claims that Saddam Hussein had Weapons of Mass destruction. UN weapons inspector Hans Blick said there was no evidence but we were all taken in by politicians.

The resulting war was a disaster, it was a disaster for the U.S and its allies not only because of the thousands troops who died but the hundreds of thousands of ordinary people who's lives were destroyed because of a fools errand.
I don't know if Iran is developing nuclear weapons - none of us know if they would use them if they had them North Korea is madder and it hasn't.

America needs to BE VERY SURE to know the answers to the above before they start another war
If Israel launches a strike, Iran will respond with missiles that will hit Arab Gulf refineries, docks, and ships. Oil prices will soar. US counter-retaliation against Iranian export infrastructure would only bump up oil and gas prices more.
Iran has had plenty of time to disperse its uranium processing to multiple locations, some of them decoys, others close to civilian sites.

Israeli strikes could barely cover half. The  war would obliterate Iran's dissident movements and bolster support for the regime.
Why are there still voters who can be convinced that every problem can be solved by military action and the death and injury of thousands of Americans, while draining our nation's economic blood?

We have a choice. We can buy into yet another false argument (anyone remember WMDs in Iraq) regarding nukes in Iran and let the warmongers take us into another Middle Eastern conflagration, or we can DEMAND that they find a different solution. The world community must take any and every opportunity to resolve differences at the negotiation table. We look to the developments in North Korea as a hopeful and positive step.
We are all much better off when we can avoid conflict and war. There is no debate about this point.

Let it be known to the people banging their drums for war. You people represent as much, if not more, of a threat to the stability of the area and the world. We all have experienced the run up to a war.
Exaggeration of the opponent's capabilities, fear mongering of all types and forms and the lies for a justification of war.
Let it also be known that many of us would not hesitate for one second if a real threat is made.
The arrogance of the people advocating war should not be interpreted as their superior stance when confronting national security concerns.

The world knows that when President Obama says that America will use all it's capabilities to protect us, there is no doubt.
We must use every path to avoid war and conflict to resolve our differences. I believe that America can see that the effort, led by Secretary of State Clinton, can achieve much more than the cowardly calls for war.
